Terms and Conditions – Sree Lakshmi Narasimha Silks

  1. General
    By accessing and placing an order with Sree Lakshmi Narasimha Silks, you confirm that you are agreeing to these terms. We sell pure handloom silk sarees.
  2. Products & Pricing
  • All product prices are in INR and inclusive of GST.
  • Product colors may vary 5-10% due to lighting and screen settings. This is not a defect.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and product details without prior notice.
  1. Orders & Payment
  • We accept payments via UPI, Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets through Razorpay.
  • Order confirmation will be sent to your email/WhatsApp after successful payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability. Full refund will be issued.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • We ship across India via Shiprocket.
  • Delivery time: 2-7 business days depending on location.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  1. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
  • We follow a No Return, No Refund policy.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or wrong products reported within 24 hours with an unboxing video.

  1. Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

  • You may not use our content without written permission.
  1. Limitation of Liability
