Refund and Exchange Policy – Sree Lakshmi Narasimha Silks
All our sarees are pure handloom products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
- Returns & Refunds
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason.
- Returns will not be accepted due to change of mind, size issues, or color variations.
- Exchange – For Damaged/Defective Products Only
- Exchange is available only if you receive a damaged product or a wrong product.
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp: +91 9490094555/9888023555
- Unboxing video is mandatory to claim an exchange. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Used or washed sarees will not be eligible for exchange.
- Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- If cancelled within 12 hours, 100% refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days via Razorpay.

- Shipping
- We ship all orders via Shiprocket.
- Telangana/Andhra Pradesh: 2-4 business days
- Rest of India: 4-7 business days
- For approved exchanges due to our error, we will bear the re-shipping cost.
- Important Note
- Being handloom products, there may be a 5-10% color variation between product images and the actual saree. This is not considered a defect and is not eligible for exchange.
